Interested parties also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data, following the procedures and indications published on the official website of the Authority at www.garanteprivacy.it. We also inform you that AMELVI Srl, pursuant to article 37 of the GDPR EU 2016/679, has proceeded to identify and appoint the Data Protection Officer (DPO), in the person of Ms Pucci Luigina, sole director.
